We came for the bobas but I got a couple of “bites” too. The atmosphere is all about socializing in a relaxing and inviting space. My son asked for boba tea and I Googled the nearest location and this was where we were directed. This was my first time at MasterTea Cafe & Bites. It as definitely not worth the $36 I spent. And I don't like being treated like I'm a bother when I am a paying customer.

In their infinite wisdom, they placed the hot food on top of the cold, and after having to wait as long as I did, the soup, and Mac and cheese were tepid, and the salad was getting warm.ĭon't know what to tell you, other than I will not be back.
It was soup, Mac and cheese, and a salad. He looked around, and the order had been sitting there since I had arrived. When I finally did get the young man to check, after having been told by him that he was busy, he couldn't find the order on their computer. I got there 25 minutes after the order was placed, and ended up waiting an additional 15-20 minutes in the restaurant trying to get someone to check on the order. There were several people wanting to pick up food, and I tried to tell the young man at the counter the name on my order, he told me that they were working on it. Went to pick up dinner, and the place was busy. Very disappointed! My daughter ordered us some food on line, were told it would be 20 minutes. Even the refund doesn’t seem like enough to clear me of this trauma 😩. I say all this to say if you thought about eating out, please just prepare your food at home or DO NOT GO HERE! I couldn’t reach anyone by phone of course, so I will promptly demand my refund tomorrow morning. When something like this happens you feel betrayed, you just never expect something inedible to be found in your food & actually eating it….🤮. Maybe warmed with the noodles? It was soaked in grease & the edges were tattered. It was discolored like it had been cooked into the food & covered in sauce. I remove the material from my mouth, what was it you ask?… A piece of industrial PLASTIC🤬‼️My stomach turned in disgust 🤢 This plastic was very thick as if it originated from food prep. I am chewing and the insoluble object is rubbing between my teeth. I realized something… there’s something foreign in my mouth 😳. After a few bites or orange chicken, scoop of chow main, bite of the egg roll ….
This has caused so much emotional distress. I picked up an order through drive-through…not knowing what was in store. I am extremely disgruntled & deeply hurt by my experience tonight from this Panda Express.
